"Small bar in Trigueros with outdoors seating on Plaza Espana, across the street from the town's church. Old fashioned bar, some locals having coffee and reading the paper, but what a surprise when the meal arrives. No doubt, the best grilled chopos I have tasted: tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned with a mystery green dressing. Everybody loved their food, and price is very reasonable. Good place to have lunch before or after visiting nearby historic dolmen."
