Bonne surprise que la Tour du Sénéchal à Ars! Une équipe sympa et dynamique, un excellent accueil, une ardoise top en terme de choix, et la possibilité d 'acheter également les vins proposés à la carte, tout ceci procure une ambiance excellente, en plus, naturellement, de la qualité des plats proposés! Réserver est sans doute nécessaire, car la salle demeure petite toutefois, malgré la possibilité de manger en extérieur. Un sans-faute, donc!
La salle est chaleureuse et nous a réchauffés. Le service est cool. Le vin blanc de Ré est très agréable. L'entrée avec du comté est un peu salée. La crépinette est assez grasse;Le cabillaud aïoli-tomate est original.Les desserts sont réussis. l ambiance est bonne.

Traditional place. Food is local, excellent. Great menu, great choices of food. Starter, main courses and dessert are excellent. Good wines, beers and such. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended.
