We have been staying in the beautiful town of Semur. We were recommended L'Entracte but as we have a young son we needed to eat quickly and La Tour Margot was close by. We arrived and the lady running it was friendly which was a good start. We were the only people in the restaurant for the whole time we were there (I know why now!). We tried to order pizza and a few other items from the menu but were told they were not doing them. We therefore ordered two main courses which arrived far too quickly for my liking. I really like good French food but sadly this was far from being good. We also ordered a side salad which when it arrived amounted to some green lettuce leaves with a drizzle of dres...
We have just returned from a meal at La Tour Margot. Service was very good.We did our best to order in French! The main meals were very tasty and piping hot, spiced pork and supreme of chicken ,well presented .Dessert of apricot Clafoutis was lovely. Would recommend this place although a little quiet there.Merci beaucoup.
My mother and i had a Delightful evening ,delicious steak dinner, the salad green were very fresh dressing perfect not too heavy. The chef was a delightful helpful and pleasant man, so proud of his beautiful place, blazing fire in the fireplace. our Cusine choices were perfect. And so close to town we walked there.
We chose this restaurant because we were there a few years back. It was as good as it used to be. The chicken was not enough cook, and the boudin was too cooked. Too bad for this place that use to be so great Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Super charming frame, the staff is pleasant but on the other hand the cooking level is not exceptional, the prices are not justified for me
