Une Sangria fait maison avec des fruits, petits toastes, melon au porto avec jamboncru coupé finement accompagnés de sa salade de parmesan, cuisse de poulet avec farce champignons et foie gras accompagné de deux savoureuseeux grattin , fromage italien et désert par un de ses intermédiaire Charlotte aux fraises et pièce montée.
