we had the 5 course menu, 1 normal, 1 vegetarian. the vegetarian was good but not up to the standard we experienced in similar establishments and not on the level of the non-vegetarian. waiters also did not mention it. it was just a small part on the bottom of the menu. we felt that's also about the appreciation it got from the chef. in our opinion, if u offer a vegetarian menu, it must be on an equal level as the rest of the menu. it wasn't (seems as if les légumes alone just are not much of an inspiration to the chef which clearly reflected in the courses). it wasn't bad but from a 3 star restaurant I expect fireworks even without meat; especially if the theme is provénce. the normal 5 cou...
We came here again to celebrate my wife's birthday. We started with a cocktail at the pool and a beautiful sunset. After that Thierry (if you already been there – you will know – wonderful guy) took to our table and we enjoyed the fantastic menu with all of Arnaud's signatures dishes. As usual we had a wonderful time enjoying this great restaurant and location. I ordered also Arnaud's cook book for my wife and they gently put next to me while distracting my wife. You guys rock! There are no negative points which I could mention, well maybe just one – after the 4th time a waiter asking us if it is our first time, we do felt a bit inquiring about that
This is our second dinner at La Vague d'Or, we have stayed at the hotel twice and on this occasion we again had dinner at the hotel. We selected the summer tasting menu, full of lots of locally sourced fresh produce. My highly was the tomato course, but all were exceptional, the seafood and meat dishes were great. We also had the paired wine with our meal, their selections were just right. Service five star, venue five star, meal five star....we will return, thank you Chef Arnaud and team (Manou offered excellent service, as always!).

Contacted the hotel to enquire if they had a TV to watch the Monaco GP whilst we dined.... Restaurant were prepared to serve us in the Hotel's Bar but we decided to just have a snack for lunch and dine in the restaurant in the evening..... what a good decision that was!Meal was outstanding, Maitre-de's description was exactly as delivered, service was wonderful also..... would definitely return!**** expensive though!
Difficult to find the words for such an experience: an incredible variety of tastes all more surprising and delicious - not to mention the super high quality of every product and the attention to every detail provided by a super and highly committed team! Thank you all for this wonderful evening.
Chef Arnaud makes us travel through his dishes and transports me in an intense emotion. The dressage of his plates perfection, magnificent, unique, I have made many restaurants for me is the best Chef, I encourage him to continue making us dream with his divine dishes. Eva

I cannot fault this restaurant. It was exquisite beyond belief! The service, food and atmosphere was all absolutely incredible. I had the taster menu and it was just plate after plate of pure magic.
