Today we went to this restaurant in 7. We were outside. An exceptional kindness of Madame but also of the waitress. Everything was perfect hot meals when it was hot. Excellent wine desserts that individually appreciated each of us because several different) bravo and thank you. Now we have to savour the fish soup, but we already know the result.

The restaurant la vallée is THE reference in terms of gastronomic restaurant on the region of Vendôme. To go there regularly for years, I have never been disappointed with anything, hospitality, service, presentation of dishes and their flavors... It is with great pleasure that I will come back! Had a really stunning entree recently. It was made with local fish and it was as if the chef had captured the sensation of early summer and put it on a plate. The flavours were so fresh and subtle. A truly incredible dish.
