a group of 11 friends had dinner in this beautiful restaurant. we had booked si the table was carefully set for this big group. there was a formula menu with the addition of a delightful amuse bouche and sorbets. there were 3 choices per curs. and were so diverse that we all sat down. usually not easy to do. I had a Fois-Gras star followed by filled pheasant. the other choices were a derecote or seabass. all were surprisingly served with unique walks. tasty we were served next with two sorbets, one apple and calvados and one camembert. too late august we visited this excellent restaurant at two locations. the quality of the food and its presentation was very high in the did. there were some really wonderful flavors that seemed carefully balanced over each menu. the service in this family-run restaurant was, as you expected, attentive and knowledgeable, without being intrusive. at both nights we were warmly welcomed by the owner. that were very special culinary experiences, the best in this part of france.
Arrivés pour le diner ,pas de problème pour trouver ce lieu car très bien fléché à partir du bourg de Trelly.L'accueil est chaleureux avec un repas au coin du feu extatique...madame aux fourneaux,monsieur au service...une association cohérente!Madame maitrise la cuisson(magret de canard avec légumes à point)pour ma part.Nous reviendrons! Après dix ans à Trelly, André Tamba maîtrise encore mal le français, mais Lynne, aux fourneaux, allie harmonieusement les recettes normandes, les produits du terroir et les desserts anglais dont elle a le secret. Il est recommandé d'avoir un bon GPS pour trouver La Verte Campagne, mais cela vaut le détour !!!
il faut mériter cet établissement perdu dans la campagne normande, mais on est bien récompensé par l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires britanniques. Les chambres sont confortables.le dîner que nous a proposé la maîtresse de maison était excellent
Niché dans la campagne cet hotel est très calme et son propriétaire délicieux avec son petit accent anglais. Son épouse qui cuisine nous a régalés d'un excellent diner. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
