The busboy did not seat us at a table, and instead seated another group across from us (even though we had requested to sit outside). The waiter who took our order seemed clueless. We specifically asked for Calamari Arabiata, but were served fried calamari instead. When we inquired about the deep-dish zucchini pizza, the waiter told us that the small ones were too small to share, so we ordered a large one. To our surprise, we were served 8 small Sicilian zucchini deep-dish slices. The waiter who had taken our order never returned to our table. Despite the delicious food, the service was extremely poor.
I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant over the years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Despite hoping for improvements, my last few visits have not met my expectations. One weeknight in June, my party was one of only four tables in the restaurant. We waited a long time for a server to take our order, and the wait for our food was also unusually long, despite it not being a busy night. The quality of the food was decent, but it did not live up to the standards of my previous visits.
The dining experience was not great. The waiter had difficulty with English. My mother enjoyed her grilled chicken salad, but we had to pay for each item separately. The salad was $10 and the chicken was an additional $11. My dish, the eggplant parmesan, was $21 and unlike other restaurants, it did not come with salad or pasta on the side. Instead, we had to order them separately for an additional cost. This was unexpected as most restaurants include salad or pasta with an entree.

Not the worst and not the best grandma skice pizza, but good. Service was just okay. The lead person or host wasn't warm but he gave us very basic hospitality. However, our waiter was wonderful. Unfortunately she was responsible for waiting on both inside and outside customers. They needed another waiter not fair to her. La Villa has some of the best tasting pizza, small selection of nice toppings along with traditional toppings such as pepperoni. They use a wood burning oven which cannot be beat as far as Great tasting pizza goes! The experience was above my expectations. My family and I decided to dine in (we usually get pizza to go) and we ordered appetizers, pizza, pasta, and salad. You can tell that everything was made fresh to order. Their pasta sauce is a hit for me. It definitely is seasoned well and is one of the best I?ve tasted. I?m sure they make it themselves. Pizza was good. The sauce was good, the cheese was alright. The wood cooked dough was great. Pepperoni could of been more flavorful. Customer service was great. Indoor and outdoor tables were clean. The ambiance gives you cozy feeling. They?re in a shopping mall so parking can feel crazy at times. This pizza is worth a first time trip and maybe a second if you?re near by.
