The Villa turned out to be an unexpected surprise. It's co-located with the Mercure hotel in Saint Cloud, and many locals frequent the establishment. It has some of the best traditional French cuisine around. Dinner isn't served until 7:30 pm, but I dined there two evenings during my trip. The maitr'de serves double duty as the only server, so it can be a bit slow when it gets busy. Set aside at least two hours for dinner and enjoy the experience. It also happens to serve the breakfast for hotel guests. It's pretty much the same every day but includes a wide variety of foods to suit many pallets and diet needs. We came for the 18th anniversary of our son.Very good welcome and friendly. The Iberian ham board and its gamba crispy were just to fall...and to say the small sauce that accompanies this dish that makes want to sauce ....oups the good manners say that it is not done at the restaurant....but when it is good.... we can do it... : )The piece of beef of Argentina was succulent accompanied by a purée to the truffle !
visited for the holy valentine. This is the restaurant of the hotel mercury. impeccable reception. excellent cuisine, quick and attentive service. On the other hand, the room is much too bright, but it wasn't romantic. on the mercury side, we were above the normal season (it was too hot)

Very good restaurant that offers dishes inspired by seasonal products and where once a month you can enjoy a beautiful buffet brunch. Very welcoming and available staff.
