An incredible villa on a celestial setting. A success at all levels for entries, dishes and desserts Delicious entries: Tomatoes with pesto, burrata and parmesan. 12 Stairs of Burgundy with parsley butter, marinated in Chablis. A tender dish and succulent to seasonal vegetables: the Beef Confit accompanied by its vegetables. And a transcendent dessert: The pleasure of summer, sandy biscuit, mascarpone cream, fresh mint and seasonal fruit The service was very welcoming, managers are very kind, I highly recommend.
The visit of Langres started well with a lunch at Villa Vauban. Beautiful terrace at the back of the villa, menu of the noon, entrance, dish, good dessert, quick and friendly service.
Just delicious meal, nothing to say!!! Meal for two with an aperitif and a glass of wine each, 80€, nothing to really say!
