My family and I were left waiting for 30 minutes just to have water brought by a server who wasn’t even assigned to our table, while other servers completely ignored us. I was also served my drink in a cracked glass, which was unacceptable. However, the experience wasn’t all bad. When we finally got a server, she was very apologetic and friendly. I didn’t catch her name, but she did a great job, and I tipped her accordingly. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the management. Beth seemed unwilling to apologize in person for the poor service and only offered free dessert as compensation, which felt more insulting than sincere. Our group of ten was disappointed when our server never returned to check on us or offer refills, yet we were still charged an automatic gratuity. My son's $10 kids' meal was noodles that were crusty and chewy from being stuck to the bottom of the pot. The pizza we ordered arrived burnt, but after waiting an hour, we decided not to send it back.
The food selection was impressive, featuring a variety of dishes. The service was prompt, and our waiter was very patient while we took our time deciding what to order because we were engaged in conversation. The atmosphere was comfortable, even though we were seated on the back patio, with plenty of heaters to keep us warm.
Beth the event manager planned our funeral luncheon/celebration of life quickly and with forethought of privacy. Andie our server was wonderfully attentive and kind. Food was incredible especiallythe lemon cookies! Everything to gather and heal as a family and nourish our souls. We will be back and excited to recommend!

The sslmon was outstanding and the pizza was delicious. Nice casual atmosphere. We had the best server! He had patience with us and explained everything in detail. Never rushed us. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
We dined on the terrace at the restaurant, and our server, Joseph, was exceptional. The manager, Beth, gave us a warm welcome and even surprised us with a complimentary dish.
Here's an update on my earlier review: I've visited this restaurant multiple times and have consistently had great experiences, which really says a lot.
Fantastic service! My wife and I had a great time dining on the patio and truly enjoyed the Margherita pizza and the four-cheese pasta.
