Staying in the village, we ate at this little restaurant (on the terrace) three times during our stay. In September, when she opens on end of week evenings plus Sunday lunch, Joanna was offering a 3 course menu (plus amuse bouche) with wines to match the entree and main course, all for €35. Our two Sunday lunches were both delightful with some tasty dishes and good wines. However service was a bit slow as it was on the final evening when Joanna was not cooking. We found the fish veloute with lotte rather like the water in which we used to cook the scraps for our cat (almost tasteless) the piece of carrot was not cooked and the lotte was tough. The duck course was better but the duck, though...
We love it here! Chef Patron Joanna has created a very special ambiance and experience for those lucky enough to visit. Food is exquisite, packed full of local flavours with stylish taste bombs and if you like Southern Rhône reds, which we very much do, and if you love cliff top views of the Dentelles ….this is the place for you! The menu is €47. After very tasty amuse bouche, the Courgette fritters were light as a feather and the smoked trout perched on top was fabulous. Consommé with apple and lemon incredibly refreshing. Fish of the day with squid quid risotto and mustard sauce completely hit the spot and the tiramisu with peach also fabulous. Wonderful food, ambience, excellent friendly...
Here is a very charming and romantic restaurant, which overlooks the village, idyllic, the welcome is warm the mistress of house is very professional, as well as its charming waitress, the concept is very well done, a single menu with entrance and a dish to choose, meat or vegetarian, and a dessert, all is made fresh house and flavors are at the rendezvous, we have found, an excellent address,
Disappointing value for money. Nice shaded terrace, pleasant service and good wine list. The dishes are well crafted but they didn't blow us away. Dietary restrictions declared at time of booking were not respected. Amuse bouche which should not be mentioned in the menu given the meager quantity. Had a lovely meal at Maison l’Acacia en Provence. If you have any dietary requirement call in advance to check what is on the men, they are very accommodating your needs. They have a good selection of wines at a range of prices. Service was excellent. We have visited the restaurant a few times now and it has been consistently good over the years.
Very much a favourite when in the Vaucluse, this is, was, as usual, excellent cooking with local ingredients and we will be back. Park down the road and take in the view down the valley from the precariously perched church then sit back and enjoy the warm ambiance, super friendly service and delicious fare at Joanna’s.
We saw the pretty terrace and sat there for lunch. We chose the starter/main course menu. The dishes are simple but very good and plentiful. Organic and vegetarian cuisine for us. The young waitress is welcoming and very pleasant, the atmosphere is relaxed. Thank you for this nice break.

the restaurant had no one but us, had a telephone line problem and we were very well received! very good cuisine, charming welcome, I can only recommend!
