Having found nowhere on the lake of Serre-Poncon, we thought we’d run out of time, then saw this hotel/brasserie by the side of the road. They made us up a table outside and I saw my favourite dish on the menu….sweetbreads. I’ve never had better, served with morels in a rosemary and thyme infused sauce, it was quite superb as was my wife’s burger. She’s American and hard to please with burgers. The chef turned out to be a Scottish lady. Bravo! Apparently, they’re about full every lunchtime. No wonder.

Average welcome! hotel bar style pmu melangé . The hotel's rate is at the customer's head! medium restaurant, the service of the great anything! 4 waitress one shot another, noisy! not pleasant at all. The not very nice snipers is the money that premiums it feels. I'm very decue and don't recommend.

We spent one night in this hotel as we were skiing in a nearby resort of Risoul. Great place to leave the car and get the free shuttle up to the resort. The hotel itself was perfect lovely rooms and really good restaurant.

A convenient location rather than attractive but lunch here was excellent. The menu du jour was great value with the hors d'oeuvres buffet especially good. Was also busy with locals so obviously popular
