Came here with my daughters for valentine day. It was a nice place. Food was okay. I ordered stuffed shrimp when it came out the crab that was stuffed in the shrimp was cold like it came straight out of the fridge. They took it back and put it in the microwave. My daughters food was good. Once we got our food the waiter didn't care about us. Never came to ask if we was okay, never asked if we wanted dessert menus. I had to track him down he sent someone else to help us the other waiter gave us the dessert menu and never came back fo about 20min, i had to get up and get him. At that point i was just ready for my check. It took 25min before i can get my check. He would look me in the face but...
Everything about the meal, from the food to the service, was flawless! Miguel, our waiter, was extremely attentive to our needs and made fantastic recommendations. We enjoyed the chorizo and garlic shrimp for appetizers, and the red sangria was perfectly balanced in sweetness. The filet mignon with gorgonzola sauce was outstanding as well. I love this restaurant and can't wait to return!
We visited on a Wednesday night when the restaurant wasn't very busy, but the food was outstanding. I was eager to try some Portuguese cuisine, and the cod lagareiro was excellent. The sole fillet, however, was a bit on the bland side. The garlic shrimp and the flan were both delicious. All of this, paired with a lovely Portuguese Dão wine, made for an enjoyable evening.
I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and recently brought four friends who had never dined here before. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, but we did encounter some language barriers since our server spoke only Spanish while we could only communicate in English. is my second time that I have a reservation because they apply francesinha online on their menu. but we always have to ask the cook if it is available. this time francesinhas 't good enough and also price was much higher then on the online menu!
I had to wait 1 HR just to get my check every waiter ignored us while we waited. Also was just me my wife and 2 yr old child and was charged 18 percent gratuity automatically and didnt even have a party of 6 or more. Waiter service was horrible.
I was going in with high expectations from the Yelp reviews. I was not impressed at all. I did however appreciate the restaurant itself, it’s decor and ambiance was to my liking. The service and food did not compare. A HUGE disappointment.

Very disappointing. We've been to quite a few Portuguese restaurantS. This was the most disappointing. The quality of the food just wasn't what it needs to be.
