Clearly this restaurant relies on a captive audience of corporate lunch clientele. What should have been an reminiscent family experience, was spoiled by very poor service, sub-par food and zero acknowledgement. So many opportunities to turn this experience around, but front line staff are clueless. Food and Beverage Manager has now reached out and wants another chance. Thanks for the gesture, but last night was the other chance.
Worth the drive to Maple. The service is top notch, totally 5 star. The food is as good as the service. The Grilled Lamb Chops where perfectly seasoned and cooked. The branzino is always a great option. The Menu is simple so its easy to choose no matter what we have had its always great. They tend to use exceptional ingredients to make simply perfect dishes. Enjoy and relax.

I attended a special personal event at this restaurant and was disappointed to find that the food quality and service had declined. I feel that I could have had a better meal at any other family restaurant for a much lower price. In my opinion, it is not worth the money, so I would recommend saving your time and dining elsewhere.
Our group had a great lunch experience at this restaurant. It was busier than anticipated, but they had enough staff who were all very professional. Every person in our group enjoyed their meals.
We had lunch for my Mom's birthday at Lago restaurant and really enjoyed our time. The food was very delicious and the service was amazing. We'll definitely be back here soon!
Lago is always a pleasure to visit the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It's generally quiet when we go too so it's like getting the whole place to ourselves.
