Commande passée à 13h20 ce jour. A 13h45, je vois la responsable qui mange des frites et je n 'ai toujours pas eu ma commande. J 'y vais pour la réclamer. Ils n 'étaient même pas entrain de la préparer. La personne en caisse me propose en dédommagement un remboursement ou un dessert. Je ne voulais pas de dessert (sinon j 'en aurais commander un) donc j 'accepte un remboursement en DÉDOMMAGEMENT (ce qui veut dire geste commercial dans la logique). La responsable qui me dis du coup vous voulez pas la commande ? donc ce n 'est ps un dédommagement qu 'ils m 'ont proposer mais juste un remboursement sans avoir ma commande que j 'attends depuis 30min. Il est actuellement 13h57. J 'attends ma comma...
Nous sommes allés déjeuner dans ce snack hier durant notre passage à center parc... Par quoi commencer !! Nous nous doutions bien que ça n'était pas un 3 étoiles mais tt de même.. l'accueil a été plus que déplorable. La 1ere jeune femme avec qui j'ai commencé a passer notre commande est partie après moins d'une minute sans aucun mot pour que sa collègue prenne la suite.. Là encore sans bonjour ni explications.. la commande a été un calvaire a passer car la carte est incompréhensible ! Prix de menus différents en fonction des sandwichs choisis, certains sandwichs sont vendus avec un dessert d'autres avec des frites, bref tt ceci n'était pas clair! Bien évidemment peu d'explications par la ser...
In the Aqualagon (so no need to get dressed to get out) it is the only positive point with Bio foods. Frankly, get dressed and go out to eat elsewhere and then come back, you'll win. It is very expensive for the quantity and quality of the dishes served. It may have been mainly Bio, the mozza tomato panini has no taste, the artisanal ice at 4€ the 120ml pot has no taste either (I took vanilla but it would have been something else I wouldn’t have made the difference). In short: "fly, poor fools! »
Un staff qui se débrouille comme il peut mais en cuisine c’est la catastrophe. Ayant été client du center parcs trois forêts ou un Quick est dans le parc, il est urgent de revoir ce point restauration pour qu’il soit opéré par une vrai enseigne de restauration rapide. Very bad experience. The tables are very dirty, defiled between people (genial in complex sanitary times). The staff is not nice at all, we even want to disturb them. 10 minutes while waiting to serve 4 ice creams (or rather to get them out of a refrigerator), close. Prices are excessive. No bins, no towels, trash cans that overflow. I don't recommend it.
Restaurant eteint! Caissiere blaze toute les 2 minutes dans son téléphone et a se recoiffer ! Aucun sourire aux clients franchement il faudrai engagé d'autres personnes ensuite au niveau dy repas toasts au poulet dur comme du béton aucun goût ! Les frites pas cuites au fond et salé. Very expensive, and food is very fade. "bio" chips are too hard and dry. The panini has no taste. Cappuccino is clearly infect (I had never tasted so bad: it looks like water in which we infused milk and coffee powder). With the ban on bringing one’s own meal into the aquatic space, this “restaurant” is a hostage taking for lunch.
