Restaurant au top au fin fond de la vallée de Rimbach ! Superbe restaurant à la décoration soignée et chaleureuse, c'est très jolie et très accueillant tout comme l'accueil et le service. C'est dynamique, souriant et convivial, vraiment très agréable. la cuisine est juste incroyable, c'est bon, c'est beau, c'est juste, c'est fin, qualitativement et gustativement au top ! La présentation est magnifique et soignée, c'est une cuisine de haute volée. Mériterais une étoile tellement les accords et les saveurs sont maitrisés. Un vrai régal, nous avons passé un excellent moment.
We were welcomed by Myriam Marck and given a nice table on the outside terrace. We went away from the busy wine route to enjoy a quiet, light meal in a green country setting. This Michelin-recommended place served us a nicely presented and tasty meal and the service by Myriam and her staff was impeccable.
We came for a birthday dinner this Sunday, August 21. in a beautiful site. although complete, we were welcomed without waiting and served as a meme. the menu was delicious, foie gras and calf at low temperature. much too copyy, we still have two days at home ... thanks to the whole very friendly team ....
Excellent diner bon marché dans ce très bel établissement. Service rapide et souriant. Prix ultra compétitif et qualité. Charming place, off the beaten track. Fortunately I had phoned and made a reservation for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was packed but the staff served everyone efficiently with a smile! We had the Gourmet Menu what fun all top quality dishes. Loved it all.

Very clean hotel, pretty large rooms, exceptional friendly and engaged management. The meals are wonderfull. The cook is a master of his art. I only can recommand this very nice place also for cycling, snow sports or hiking
