Lakeside Grill - Tisch reservieren

Worst service I have ever received. They messed up our bill and overcharged us and then when they “fixed” it they decided to charge are card twice. After calling to get it fixed they refused to help me. Our waitress Jo was unprofessional, ignored us several times taking 45 minutes to even get us our drinks and taking badly about other staff members. I have worked in the service industry and have never been somewhere so awful before.

Food and atmosphere was great. Service not so much. Jo rushed us the whole time. There was a bigger party coming on behind us. We got bottomless mimosas. She said we were at our 2 hour mark only an hour in. Wouldn’t come back and see her that’s for sure. Felt rushed the whole time. Not good service from her.

I loved the atmosphere, for was pretty good. My server was absolutely outstanding, Brianna, she gets 5 stars. Only issue was as after we paid, a few of us (party of 5) , someone asked us to get up and others were waiting. Very rude. Shouldn't do that but otherwise, pretty good! ?

This is our favorite trestaurant in Central Florida. Staff are excellent, facility is wonderful and menu is exciting! Sitting outside is particularly nice. You will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommended. Enjoy.

We always get the burger and it is SO juicy and good. I like to come and listen to the jazz players on a Saturday evening.
