Had nice mussels in white wine sauce with french fries. The fries as others commented before unfortunately where very soft, not crispy at, and were quite dark. They have to solve this recurring issue. Mussels were fresh and good though. Service was very friendly and attentive. Nice regional red wine and a Corse chestnut spirit to round off the meal. Our friend had a salmon fillet which she liked very much. Great view of Bonifacio harbor.
Nice setting outside but service was incredibly slow. We could never seem to get anyone's attention the entire time, but as it became later on in the evening, they almost couldn't wait for us to leave and pounced on the plates when we were not finished. Food was average. I personally would not recommend this restaurant but then again, perhaps we were just unlucky on that particular day.
After having spent an excellent time at the albatros we went there with my companion for a second evening!!! The dishes are homemade, we feel the chef involved in the development of his dishes with his small personal touches The service is more than perfect and attentive. Thanks to you for these pleasant and cheerful moments in your warm establishment... Congratulations to your team!
I started with the typical, and delicious, fish soup. The rouille sauce for the toasted baguette was wonderful and the soup would have been more than enough for my meal, but I had selected it as the starter for my 2 plat menu. My fish course was also delicious. Service was outstanding and watching the boats/yachts moving in and out of the harbor makes for a lovely dining experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A super good welcome from Alicia, very smiling and professional,very good welcome also from the two servers, very pleasant, we ate great well, up good atmosphere, it's the men who serve you, and Alicia supervise, we spent a great time with the whole team, soon can be on the steel tracks or in front of the restaurant the table of the establou for a work day
First we felt “at home”. Thibault and his team were warm, welcoming, smiling and adorable with children. The food is excellent (I recommend boar civet, blanquette, pasta.... And a glass of myrtle to finish). It was so nice that we went back twice and if we’re back in the corner we’ll come back a third time.
Our first day at Bonifacio and we just happened to try mussels here. We shouldn't have: some of them had surely died a few days before. Not a good experience at all. And beverages are too expensive.
