We enjoyed a memorable evening in this sweet restaurant in Santoña, Spain. The grilled vegetables were tantalizing and a perfect mix of flavors. My daughter had the octopus and as she took her first bite, she closed her eyes and was close to tears. She is a chef specializing in seafood and does not grant praise lightly. The chocolate souffle was a perfect ending with a boozy strawberry liquor ice cream. Locally produced wine topped off the perfect dinner.
