We enjoyed a memorable evening in this sweet restaurant in Santoña, Spain. The grilled vegetables were tantalizing and a perfect mix of flavors. My daughter had the octopus and as she took her first bite, she closed her eyes and was close to tears. She is a chef specializing in seafood and does not grant praise lightly. The chocolate souffle was a perfect ending with a boozy strawberry liquor ice cream. Locally produced wine topped off the perfect dinner. Service was friendly and the server took the time to translate the entire menu for us so we could make a good choice.
