An exceptional restaurant with its reputation. A star in the michelin guide that is widely deserved. The atmosphere, refined decoration, reception, service, staff...All is perfect. The kitchen is refined, it's beautiful and good. Each dish is an explosion of flavors. We tasted the menu in 8 services with the signature dishes of the chefs. To do this is delicious... We enjoyed the advice of the waiters for the tasting of each dish. We would have enjoyed a mets and wines agreement. Bravo to the whole team. We had a great evening!
A server in “empouled” style. Small dish. Rice of calfskin with its taste and too cooked. Correct but classic foie gras and fish. The goat home was good. The desserts are nothing exceptional. The number of tables in the evening became worthy of a canteen. Disappointed (it was the third time I came in 15 years and it is the last). I don't recommend it anymore.
Excellent experience in this restaurant for my father's birthday. We chose the emotional menu (surprise) and we were not disappointed. Beautiful culinary discoveries with a splendid view and a well-attended staff.
