I would like to thank Pascal, Steve and the whole staff for a wonderful evening and excellent food. Everyone worked as a team to provide a wonderful experience. When I read the negative reviews I just wonder how people can become so cynical and negative when presented with such a wonderful array of tastes and textures by such a professional, dedicated team. The blue lobster was amazing as was the chocolate cake both recommended by Pascal. Steven with his mastery of many languages and kind and friendly disposition made us feel right a home despite us not being French speakers. I highly recommend this restaurant and the wonderful staff who make it deservedly a three star restaurant.

If I had to look for all the stars, I would look in the sky, definitely more likely to find them in this constellation of galaxies. After having done the Epicure, there is, undoubtedly, a need to reinvent oneself, the decoration, the cutlery, the table setting, the service, must imperatively dust themselves off. the cuisine is perfect, even if it can still be improved, but the stars in this profession can be fleeting. Getting up twice to use mineral water is not up to par with French gastronomy and service.

Nice star of the old school. I was with my wife and daughter, I'm surprised that in the surroundings of all these rising stars of the great French and world cuisine, this establishment still has these stars. I see it and it's probably the reason as a star of honor, so bravo. my daughter unfortunately gives star, so I will take her now into a star to compare;
