friendly and dynamic reception of the sommelier, we chose the menu discovered with three services (aperitif, pre-entrance, entry, dish, pre-dessert and dessert) a regalade from beginning to end! the association of certain foods can surprise but everything is perfectly harmonious for taste and view. the room on the floor is very pleasant perhaps more intimate and beautifully decorated.
Service but above all none of the dishes served was good. hard meat, catastrophic dessert : one mini brioche, resembling more to a piece of dried bread with an ice ball. Very expensive for a more than usual meal.I rarely eat as bad, review of the whole .on was 8 . We were there for a birthday, we had to cry for a mini candle. For the aero, we didn't even get the aero with the prices.
Amazing disappointment, run if you're vegetated. I was able to test this place at a wedding. I was sold an adaptation to any diet, I am vegan, I was only able to eat fruit and vegetables at every stage of the meal. A unique seasoning in each plate, few tastes and nothing consisting (thank you the bread). A whole meal without cereals or legumes? Very nice service, however
Disappointed to have not had the choice between the inspiration menu (suggestions of the chef) and the à la carte menu indicated on the restaurant site that corresponded more to our tastes. Certainly the dishes are local and revisited but pear, ham-endive, and potimarron in entry do not have the appeal of what is proposed in the week. The service was perfect.
We do not let ourselves go to the Soul to the green. This is the perfect place to spend an excellent time and especially to find a refined cuisine with local products that the chef Etienne sublime to marvel at our taste buds. The service is of quality led by a super friendly team that does everything so that you can spend a great time. I recommend
A very good time in a very warm setting (the room on the first floor for our part), warm and friendly welcome and do not speak of the menu discovered, to fall on the ground. Congratulations we were able to pass to the chief before we left. We will, of course, return.
