Très bonne exécution, mais à un tarif excessif. Si les saveurs recherchées sont bien présentes dans l’assiette, la profusion de sauces est démesurée. L’ensemble devient confus, presque brouillon, au point de masquer la lisibilité des goûts.
Nous venons 2 à 3 fois par an avec mon conjoint et nous sommes jamais déçus ! Un service de qualité et des plats exquis pour régaler vos papilles !
