We had a wonderful sunday-lunch at the Seelust - the second for me this year. The seasoning of the sauces is excellent and the meat as well as the fish is prepared in an excellent way. Nice salades and desserts and a very good selection of wine. The somelier, Mr. Klarer, recommended us the perfect wine for our lunch consisting of meat and fish. To eat outside in the garden under the trees is just marvelous. Very friendly and well trained staff!
This is my first experience with a really Swiss restaurant. Selection was excellent and the service, once you quit expecting speed, was excellent. Our meal took more than an hour. Food preparation and presentation was classic. There is a selection of Swiss wines and beers which have their own distinctive flavors. The restaurant is somewhat expensive, but worth it.
Das Restaurant war voll, aber der Service war sehr gut. Sie waren auch freundlich. Wir hatten noch ein paar andere Dinge und alle kamen zur gleichen Zeit. Nur die Wartezeit bis zum Essen war etwas lang. Das Essen war köstlich, aber etwas klein. Die Pommes waren nicht so knusprig. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Wir gehen wieder dorthin.

We staied in this restaurant several times already and it was alway a great pleasur. Really good food, perfect location, firendly stuff, great selection of wines if you like. They offer a 4 to 6 course dish which is an excelent choice. Or try the local fish. Just relax and enjoy
this is one of the very few restaurant in the region were employees are actually from the region itself and very proud of their job. we were here several times already. it is one of our fave resto in switzerland. the food is very good and the service is very authentic.
Wir genossen die nette Atmosphäre, das tolle Essen und den hervorragenden Service. Es war ein Vergnügen, eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Weinen und gut arrangiert.
