We always go in the afternoon in winter when it's sunny, the staff is kind, friendly, the prices are reasonable and you can eat and drink everything! The ice cream and toasts are particularly good! I advise! It's the warmest and cheapest place in Ascona!
Horrible customer service. Ordered ice cream at the gelato counter. Staff was unfriendly and rude. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.
Seems to be very popular, had to queue for a long time. Fine ice cream, would definitely try it again.
