Two months ago, I called her office to remind them that they needed to issue a refund to the insurance company. The insurance company even notified them of this requirement, yet to this day, no refund has been processed. I had to go to the office to resolve the issue, and the bald-headed office manager confronted me aggressively. I had to call the police because I don’t engage in violence. The office environment is unprofessional and chaotic. I will say, the regional manager was excellent and very professional. Overall, I wouldn’t even give this place a one-star rating.
I have been trying to schedule a cleaning appointment for months now. I've left voicemails and replied to appointment reminder emails, but I've not received any response. I'm surprised to get this feedback email, especially since I haven't been to the office in a while.
