I kept an excellent memory of this tiny restaurant of the Aquarium discovered before the Covid.Back after so many weeks, after which many establishments have not survived, what pleasure to find intact the kindness of the boss and his employees, inhabited by their passion for their trade and for those treasures of the Mediterranean that they know so well to present us! From the aperitif with the small marinated anchovies, to the tellines, oysters, mussels, shrimps and other shells St. James so fresh and succulent that they can be tasted raw and seasoned, up to the homemade, airy and sweet Chinrin with natural red fruits, everything is wonderful for the eyes and taste buds.
