It's clearly a mess! First the place, in a quiet little alley, a little away from the passage in this beautiful village, rather tourist in the season, that is Sartène. The dishes are generous, simple but delicious with a mastery of cooking and seasoning. We go back well, with the feeling of eating something authentic and quality. Special mention for the pork coast with honey and rosemary. Effective and friendly service. Places are limited, consider booking;
In the authentic old Sartène, enjoy fresh products and Corsica! Super mix hot board and cold cold cold charcuterie cheese bread from the dead eggplants girolles... Saute veal succulent and desserts top! We were able to exchange with the boss, really top-notch wood language, real defenders of their island preserved from globalization!
Home Corsica: simple but effective. This remains appreciable because the kitchen is also without chichi but so good! Small menu but dishes with very good products from the region. The price is correct, the wine is good and the location in this small alley typical of the city of Sartène pushes us to be curious. I love and recommend!
We ate at the restaurant l’Arbousier and enjoyed it! Copyy, very good and very correct price. I recommend it to you without a problem, and the staff is super nice! Ps: tomato sauce is excellent
A really nice service and atmosphere, the food was good: the lasagna are great, the pork coast is generous but the different elements make a little too much sugar.
