In a sober and elegant room, I tested the lunch formula. It starts very well with for mouthing a royal of exceptional foie gras of finesse and flavor. It continues with perfect Dutch sauce asparagus, followed by a perfect yellow spot net. The dessert is a small wonder of chocolate and bitter oranges. Fews with coffee to finish. The visit of the chef is a real pleasure, listening, young and talented: bravo! It catches up with the deplorable reception of dressings, no welcome, a coldness to the limit of frozen
We had a great time. We had booked for a few weeks and were looking forward to discovering. The setting is pleasant, our place in the restaurant as well. The service is, we chose a 5-service menu and trusted the sommelier for the wine deal (and we do not regret it at all). We spent almost 3 hours dining, enjoying this sweet atmosphere and delighting from all the dishes that were served. Of course, we recommend it!
One without fault, the 4-course meal was perfect. My companion and I were bluffed last night by the dishes served on the tree. What a pleasure to discover new flavours, all foods are sublimated by chef M. Belkacem's cuisine we met at the end of the meal. Beautiful decor also with chords and wines. The service is up to what is served. I recommend.
