Excellent cuisine. the dishes are fine, and the flavors explode on the palate. Behind the closed bay window, you can see the kitchens, and thus avoid having your clothes impregnated with cooking odors. The bread is also excellent. Wine list available online on the restaurant's website. The very young sommelier lacks a little experience, and needs to assert herself. I spent a magical evening with my darling last night at the Arcane restaurant. A very warm welcome, perfect service and the gastronomic discovery is exceptional. Big crush on sommelier Aya (if I'm not mistaken in her first name , a magical wine discovery. Thanks to her for this discovery and her selection of wine made with care and great taste. For my part, the main thing is the contents of the plate. It's beautiful and very good. The chef has found the right balance between creativity and classicism. Discoveries without ever being confused. Warm decor and good sound insulation. You can't hear the other tables. Small downside on the service which can improve but nothing catastrophic. We were a group of four celebrating a milestone birthday. The dining experience was exceptional and the service provided to us was first class, especially from the restaurant manager, Charles. One member of our group had several dietary restrictions and the chef offered delicious alternatives for the 7-course tasting menu. 4ième passage dans ce restaurant dans lequel on retrouve toujours une extrème précision dans l'exécution des plats, une perfection jamais vue ailleurs. J'ai trouvé lors de notre dernier passage une plus grande palette de gouts et plus d'originalité. J'adore aussi le service sympa et décontracté mais bien sur hyper efficace.
