We had dinner at the slate on Saturday, April 29. I want to add my opinion on this restaurant I am very surprised at the reviews I read.Some complain about waiting: you can't ask that the dishes be served at the same speed as in a brewery. a fortiori when used products are fresh and prepared minute. if you want to eat quickly then choose a brewery or other great fast food chain but don't come complaining about eating frozen or prepared products in advance. very disappointed with the menu of the daytime good but flat salmon fish duo and not very fresh. The lotte was very odorant abnormal for fresh fish.So conclusion she was not fresh. Come for the day on orleans, we had booked and very fortunately!!!!We took a dish and a dessert with each one a drink, very pleasant, changing flavors and homemade fact. From the boar to the gentleman, and from the sturgeon to my daughter and I, the marriages made with the accompaniments were seemingly simple but delicious. And the desserts a delight...Friendly and to redo by testing this time the entrance.
a pleasant setting, a well maintained kitchen for a very good value for money but a great apartment on the service: I think I have never experienced a slow lunch service, especially for so few covers (at the bottom word 1h45 for 2 dishes)! the server is not at all unpleasant, but it is completely erased, absent. no presentation of wines or dishes and not a word to ask if everything was okay.

Wij hebben lekker gegeten in een aangenaam kader ! Het interieur is typisch Frans en de bediening is goed ! Vriendelijk service en het eten is voortreffelijk ! De foie-gras met truffels is een aanrader en eveneens heb ik er paella gegeten gepresenteerd op een bijzondere manier ! Lekkere witte wijn gedronken: Menetou-Salon ! Een aanrader !
We discovered this restaurant a few months ago. we were three (street to huguette) original dishes and mixtures. all this for the pleasure of the taste buds. Friendly and smiling welcome.Family formula of a very good quality price. We haven't tested yet in the evening. to be recommended.
Lunch on a Saturday noon,Pleasant quiet, discrete and competent servicer. Main menu dessert to euros more than correct beautiful presentation, copious, perfect cooking and all homemade from the entrance to the dessert!For me the best quality ratio on orleans for this menu to euros!!!
