We got a table for two on a Saturday evening and we'd only booked that afternoon online through an internet discounter. (when we arrived, we saw there were 2 other bookings from the same discounter). Marly le Roi is charming and this little street full of shops and restaurants is a pleasure to stroll. We arrived about 3 minutes earlier than our reservation (7:30 when the dinner service starts) and no one came out to see about us. The staff was either eating or tasting something in the kitchen just around the corner from the entrance. We turned to leave and someone popped out. We came on a Sunday, brunch day at the slate. We were immediately welcomed very warmly, and as I didn't want to take brunch, the leader (because it's a chef, and that's cool too!) prepared me at the raised foot a fresh cockroach back. the fish cooking was perfect and the potatoes cooked with butter to fall. for dessert, the maroon marrow without homemade flour, absolutely crazy! my friend had taken brunch: cookies, homemade scones and pancakes, the buffet, opulent, open so that everyone could use. in the plate of ham with good quality bone, small potatoes and raspberry. We'll be back!
