If you are looking for a real Pan Bagnat with the true traditional recipe and know how to do nissart well don't look anymore and go to the Aeromatic! What a treat, an explosion of flavors, a shame that it is a little far from home, otherwise I would be there all day!! I haven't had the opportunity to taste the other specialties offered yet, but given the quality of the bagnat pan I doubt that it must also be very good! Price may be slightly higher than my usual bakeries, but really nothing to see quality level! Add to this a super nice welcome, a covered terrace for those who want to eat on the spot, and there you have a real place to enjoy yourself!

Just take a ride to the Aeromatic to enjoy or take away (what I did) a delicious pan bagnat... It's done in the rules of art and niçois that I'm still licking my fingers! Accompanied by a small glass of rosé it is a delight.
