Belated review: a great first-lunch during our Dijon trip, modern French with an unmistakable Japanese Asian touch to the flavours and ingredients. A pity we forgot to save a photo of the gazpacho this time :
A nice discovery! 4 services for 42€. Really delicious and hearty. Very friendly service. To be booked because only 30 places. A special 4-star for this Santenay charms at 45€ an excellent value for money.
Two words come to describe this restaurant: quality and precision: in products, in service, in cooking... The rates are very accessible for a moment of such good quality. Thanks to the team and the chef.
