So where to start... first, when you think of the Arcege, you think Alain Passard... The name is ambitious. Besides, maybe the one at night is the identity of the restaurant. Anyway, it's a form. The background: absolutely delicious! This restaurant, in my sense, has a whole star. First, the service was exceptional. I went there two nights in a row and I was rarely as well received. Thank you. So the dishes, without exception, were all incredibly good. To have lived in Asia a few years, the harmony brought by the leader with its Eastern/Western agreements is unique in its genre. Just rang from England, speaking perfect polite French, to make a reservation. I had to ring up, and told her I was calling from the UK because I had emailed via their site to request a reservation for 6 people. I was told quite rudely that they do not look at their emails. OK... I then asked about a late reservation and then an early reservation as we are going to a show for the Offrande Musicale in Tarbes. In each case I couldn 't finish my question before being rudely told that those times were not possible. The woman who answered the phone was simply rude, without any customer politesse . As enticing the menu is...I wouldn 't give them my business.
Excellent reference for me on Tarbes. Reception, service, decor, but especially the kitchen! What a delicacy! Each plate is beautiful, each ingredient is highlighted. I love this mix of Asian and French cuisine... Before ordering, we bring you small bites to taste... And the menu of the day at 28€50 is frankly very affordable for the quality of the plates! We'll be back!
Very professional restaurant with a warm welcome and presentation. Well educated staff with a very sharp service, good presentation of dishes. The quality meal is of good taste with this refined side of the mouth to the desert. Bravo But there's a lot of work left for the first star, we have to continue Thanks for this good time.
A luxurious lunch with great food, great presentation and a charming server to explain every dish. A fusion of taste in the 3-course menu de jour plus appetizers. Even the bread was a delicacies with ducks and local beans, soaked in a delicious role. All for $30 Euro! Very recommended!
Not accustomed to this type of establishment, we celebrated my dad's 70th birthday. The hotel master was able to make us comfortable with a very professionalism. The kitchen is of great quality and we enjoyed our evening. We will come back with great pleasure.
I loved it! Very good restaurant, refined dishes, succulent, from beginning to end of the meal. Administrators and small care. We took the menu of the day to 29 euros. It's better to book, the restaurant was full Wednesday noon!
In the centre of Tarbes, the room is human-sized. The kitchen is excellent, the service is top with the game of vintners for wine. We came to celebrate a wedding, we couldn't find better.
