What a fabulous experience we experienced last night... from Strasbourg for the weekend, we were looking for a vegetarian and seasonal restaurant, and we fell on this sublime establishment. First, the decoration is very hot and original, both inside and outside. We're feeling fast like home. Then the menu, we took exclusively vegetarian. For a more traditional restaurant (which makes meat and fish we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products, the association of tastes, the presentation of the plates and above all: the explosion in the mouth of all flavors that mix perfectly, from the entrance to the dessert. Finally, and above all, the service is simply perfect: no waiting, sm...
Very good address! Special mention for risotto and fish, divine! The portions of the lunch menu are most likely reduced for the price (addressable), because you don’t get very satisfied... it’s a shame because the frame is superb and the staff is adorable! Small flat also for dessert: panna cotta « granular » made with agar and coconut milk... why make a dessert « vegan » less good if the menu is not? Tiny wear, too, we stay a little on our hunger. However, I recommend coming at noon for this menu because the à la carte dishes are far too expensive for a restaurant that is not starred. Book because it’s always complete
EXCELLENT restaurant with a warm and intimate setting. We enjoyed ourselves and loved our long lunch at L’Arpège where time had almost stopped. The products are fresh, local, homemade. We were 6 at the table and had for 420€: amuse-bouche, entrance, dish, 2 desserts, aperitif, 2 bottles of wine, coffees, water,... more than reasonable (70€/person), the price quality ratio is unbeatable on Colmar. Apart from the culinary quality, the owners are adorable, a great sympathy and an enthusiastic welcome as it becomes rare. Thanks again to you and the whole family for this great party time for us, as well as in the plate!

The best table in Colmar. We are always very welcome in a beautiful atmosphere and a beautiful decoration. The dishes are original, tasty and beautiful. But above all, the products are healthy, local and seasonal. We reveal all the senses combined with one desire: come back!
