Visit to Arras on the return of the Côte d'Opale to discover the great-place. We discovered this bar a little away and had the chance to get a table there. It was a market day and this establishment seems to be a meeting place for the gardeners. Very nice coffee atmosphere where everyone greets you. Day dish fried calf tab chicon salad to 14 €. We had a glass of Menetou Salon at the aeroplane and a glass of Croze Hermitage with the dish. Dessert: tatin pie or gourmet coffee. Total amount for 3 aperos 3 tabs 3 Croze, 2 greedy coffees and 1 espresso tatin pie: €86.80. Quick service and smile.
My friend and I visited Arras to visit the war graves of our relatives. Many a good hour in this place, as it has a great atmosphere, plays lively music, has lively and friendly staff and clientele, and also serves to boot a good pint of Guinness. Some other critics complain that they need renovation, but the current state has a lot of character and adds to the atmosphere.

A bistro as we love it!!!!.... Tenu by a charming couple, impeccable restoration on noon...We love to stay late in the evening....And always an unbeatable quality/price ratio in the historic center of Arras!
The owners are very welcoming place pleasant in the city center number of customers limits but that is what makes the difference excellent cuisine very fresh products I recommend
