Larry's will always be in my top three restaurants to eat, period. I have never had a bad meal nor bad service at the restaurant. Mr. Eddie and Mrs. Grace have always had amazing food and I would recommend Larry's to anyone visiting the area. Parking: If it is busy, it will be hard finding a space. It is worth getting there early during busy hours. Kid-friendliness: Larry's has food for all ages. Food was subpar. Service was piss poor. Server struggled a lot but it wasn't the server that disgusted me. It was the fact the 3 dim wits up front that weren't doing anything the whole dining experience there did not bother to help their fellow coworker. I went up front to ask for refills and all 3 looked at each other like noone wanted to get my family refills after we waited almost 10 minutes for refills. Our server tried her best, with 7 tables to tend to while I looked around and noone else had more than 2 tables. Unacceptable how we were treated and Unacceptable how they treated their coworker. We moved here from Austin, Texas two years ago so bbq is a touchy subject for me. We both had the chopped pork sandwich and it was very tender and pretty good flavor. They have a couple of good sauces which you gotta have on the sandwich. Everyone was full of life with a great sense of humor. We will be going back to try more. The Barbeque was fantastic! Service was great! We brought in a large party shortly before they closed which sometimes is not a good experience at other restaurants. They treated us friendly and all the food was fresh! Kid-friendliness: Nice selection of food on the kid menu. From the time I walked through the doors until the moment I left I felt like i was a customer who mattered. The waitresses were very kind and constantly checked to makensure everything was alright and to see if I haf needed refills or anything else . We all ordered the pork potatoes and they were fresh as well as very tasty. Their sweet tea was amazing and the staff were all friendly as well. I never write reviews, but I will since this is the second time for my experience. Without writing a bunch of crap , I’ll just sum it up. Walked in , sat 5 minutes, 4 tables with customers, still no service. I love eating here. The food is always great and so is the service. The giant bbq potato is by far my favorite!
