I live in the neighborhood and went 4 times to this restaurant in 6 months. twice was the burger excellent, twice poor??? As if the chef had changed ... Then I find that the marketing concept too much: too many chefs made in Top Chef or Michelin to finally sell a chopped steak, with a sauce, cheese and 2 breads ... at a high price. The ingredients are good except the bread that is too brioche that is easily erased). The average service: if you take your burger, check on site that there is nothing missing. This will prevent you from coming back: In short the competition is so developed on this niche that you will find easily other restaurants in burgers on Boulogne.
Certainly the burgers and bowls are excellent, respected fish and soft bread. Unfortunately, and although there was only one table of 4 people before us, we waited 45min very 3 burgers and one bowl and we never had the glass of pink ordered. I had to go ask for the compote in the formula so that it would be served. Only one waitress a game night... it’s about to be complicated.
The quality of the burgers has really decreased recently, you have changed the bread, the meat eh bah is really not good. It's a shame because before it was really bad, pretty original. I ordered more than 20 or so times at home I think, I'll never come back unless you came back to the old quality.
It's not the first time I come to eat. The burgers are very good, but this time the service was not terrible. I don't know if the holiday effect but the little waitress, nice saying by the way was completely outdated. I was there for 7:00, but I complained about the other tables...
