I was so happy to see Therese and her husband, the brains behind the Las Empanadas at the past Food Circus event. I came a bit too late since some flavours were sold out already, but my friend and I were still able to snatch the tasty chorizo and corn stuffed pastry sprinkled with white sugar.
Later on when we went to Inglewood Monday Market and Twilight Market, we got a chance to try other flavours that they had. My favourite is still the chorizo and corn, but beef was pretty awesome too especially with the tiny bit of spicy kick in it!

great little food truck with authentic tasting empanadas. I adore empanadas but am often left disappointed because my best friend is Argentinan and makes her own empanadas so I know how good they can be and have very high expectations!
I tried the corn, cheese and chorizo empanada and the filling was extremely tasty with excellent pastry. I thought the dusting of icing sugar on top was different but worked well with the savoury flavours. I also tried the virgin-sangria which was delicious. Not too sweet and good sangria flavours - perfectfor drinking as I wandered through the hot night markets.
I did think $5 for one empanada was quite expensive as you'd need quite a few to feel full howev...

We finally made it to the Monday Inglewood Night Markets and decided to try as many small dishes as we could from the various stalls. The chorizo and cheese empanada was a perfect little snack to have as we strolled along Beaufort St.
We also got the vigin sangria which was refreshing on the warm night.
I'm not a huge fan of food markets because I like to eat at a table and I'm really messy so the food tends to end up all over my jeans, but these are tasty bite size treats that don't end up on your clothes.

Als peruanischer Kerl, der fast ein Jahrzehnt außerhalb von Peru verlässt, war der Finden von Las Empanadas ein köstlicher Moment, in dem ich nicht vergessen werde. Seine Empanadas haben diesen peruanischen Aroma, den ich vermisst habe, und selbst der Kalk war bereit, mit meiner Empanada zu koppeln !!! Danke Jungs!!!
Beste Empanadas in Perth. Beste Empanadas in Perth Hats runter. Probierte die anderen - kann nicht mit diesen verglichen werden. Sie verwenden Qualitätsprodukte (z. B. Scotch-Filet) für Rindfref-Empanadas. Jeden Biss auf jeden Fall wert. Kummer

I first tried Las Empanadas back at City Wine in July, when I saw them set up at Unwined over the weekend I raced over a purchased a couple for my gf and I. F*cking delightful, I've now tried the beef, cheese & chicken and can't wait to have them again! Great work guys :)
as a Peruvian guy who leaves almost a decade outside of peru, read empanadas was a delicious moment I will not forget. his empanadas have that Peruvian taste I missed and even the lime was ready to couple with my empanada!

I had the katsu sando burger. was delicious. cost on own faust or with chips. it is deep fried katsu on a Brioche beer with Japanese marinated shiny. yum!
