when I heard that this place has vegan options, I did not expect too much my experience with Latin American restaurants in my own country is not so great when it comes to vegan food. but I was wrong. not only that they have a separate vegetarian and vegan menu that eat is simply great and I regret only that I could not try all their vegan options. my favorites were the vegan version of their three mushroom fajita and the tembleque kokospudding. yes, and the personal was very friendly and helpful. las iguanas became my favorite restaurant during my stay in milton keynes.

Really lovely experience. The menu is well informed of what's what and the manager was incredible. He took our order throughout our entire visit to make sure there was no risk. He was well informed and assured me that they had separate pre areas and items in the kitchen. Separate fryers and can reduce the risk of CC for most things on the menu expect nuts and garlic. He advised to ask when you come in, so you can be well informed. I would come back and I felt safe and respected in my allergies and in tolerances.
We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We felt that we were overcharged for our meals, with the vegan coleslaw being particularly disappointing as it was overly spicy with chili pieces. The nachos I ordered were mediocre, lacking in toppings and flavor. The mocktails were not enjoyable, tasting like water with a hint of flavor. We may give this restaurant another chance in the future, but we will definitely examine the menu more closely beforehand.

I ordered the vegan vegetable burrito and the sticky toffee pudding. The burrito was incredibly tasty and was served with guacamole and oat crème fraîche. The sticky toffee pudding was accompanied by a delicious coconut ice cream.
I appreciate the variety of vegan options available at this restaurant, but I was disappointed by the high prices and lack of flavorful dishes on the menu. Updated review as of November 18, 2023.
Clearly marked out separate menu for vegans and vegetarians. The food is delicious! Only downside is that the dessert options are really limited.

This has been the best restaurant I've eaten at since being in the UK. The service was also great as well. I had the chili which was amazing.
Las Iguanas is a Latin American restaurant chain, the Milton Keynes branch is in The Hub with some pretty good competition.
