I came here for dinner one Friday night and the place was very busy recommend reserving a seat online or via phone . They serve meat but they have a separate menu for vegetarian and vegan options. Most of the items are vegetarian but can be made vegan. They also have a separate gluten and nut free menu it's all very clearly marked and the staff knew what was going on when I asked questions. Overall, all the staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and efficient being super busy wasn't a problem for the restaurant. Visited this afternoon for the first time with my two omni kids and had a lovely meal. I had the vegan nachos and vegan chilli main off the lunch menu with a glass of red wine for an extra £2. The wine offer isn 't vegan but in their words we cater for everyone so of course you can have the vegan wine . The service off Paige was friendly and professional and we loved the vibe about the place. Would have given five stars but for some reason it won 't allow me to.

I'm really disappointed by reading iguanas. very under personal, very cold and waiter not checked on the tables. we had to wait 10 minutes for the first job, then another for our drinks we could see that we were sitting on the bar. after the demand for sauces, etc., we did not get them. the food came finally, was delicious, but we had fajitas and the toppings were gone, we got it and toppings were still missing. overall very disappointing

it is a modern chain so that the decor is brash and echos, and the music is very loud. the personal was helpful. the main thing, especially the mocqueca were very beautiful and cheap. the oggs sticky toffe pudding was however served at room temperature, so it was hard and certainly not “melting in the middle”. such a simple thing to correct would have made the difference!
