Service was really bad. Had to tell the waitress 3 times to bring water and my drink. After about 30 minutes, the manager asked if everything was good, and he ended up bringing my drinks. Be advised that food prices are a bit on the expensive side. I had fish tacos, and they were pretty good. The rest of my party said food was just ok, and they had better. If the 3 piece band is there, it will be extremely loud, like you can't talk to the people sitting right next to you loud. They are hooked into a sound system that is way too loud. This place is expensive for NO reason at all. I ordered the small size cocktail shrimp for $15 ... other places I've gone to are $15 for the bigger size. When I get home, I realize that the cup was literally more than have way filled with just veggies that come with it (on top of that with no avocado) and just topped off with very little shrimp. The time before that, they wanted to charge my boyfriend and I extra for tostadas when they gave very little to begin with our food. So to say the very least, they charge for any little thing. How does this place stay in business???
Our experience only got worse. We requested to move to a different table because we were seated right under a loudspeaker. It was clear that management has a lack of understanding when it comes to running a restaurant, as the waitstaff seemed to pick and choose which customers and tables they wanted to serve. I could go on and on about various complaints. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning anytime soon. This was the worst dining experience we've had.
I visited Las Islas Marias for the first time, and it’s conveniently located just about a mile from my home! I was craving seafood, and Google suggested this spot, which I’m really happy about. The portions were huge and definitely worth the price since the food was delicious. The waitress was very friendly as well. The only downside for me was the music choice—I’m not a fan of narco corridos; it’s just not my style!

I have been coming here for years. The food is delicious, when I come here I always order seafood, however the steak is also delicious ? They have live music, which I love ? indoor and outdoor seating as well.Food: 5/5
This restaurant is BYOB and offers fantastic food at reasonable prices, with generous portion sizes. The outdoor patio adds to the experience, and our waitress was very attentive. Food rating: 5/5.
