We came in and there was no one there restaurant was empty and after I got served no one came to ask if it was good or anything didn’t even get a pop refill which we wanted both … I would of said something if anyone came to ask how was our food but nothing … our server did not mention the flour tortillas either which is a game changer for me and my daughter also … I had the shrimp fajitas which weren’t served on a hot plate but a boring cold plate and believe it or not 5 shrimps is all there was yes 5 small shrimp for a 30$ meal so I paid for corn tortillas 5 shrimp and cold plate of onions and pepper yes the vegetables were good is why the one star , the fajitas at Montana’s are way better...
Had the chicken enchilada meal and there was a huge bone in it. Decided not to continue eating the meal. Wanted my money back from the owner . And he was so rude trying to say it was cartilage . When it was a huge bone, which was almost choked on. The owner didn’t care , had no customer service . Returned the money in cash and before leaving he said “ don’t go cancelling your debit transaction for the rest of the meal” He is a totally Jerk !!!! This event should have been reported as it was a near miss ! This use to me my favourite place to eat! I will not be returning ! If I could give no stars I would have !
The restaurant was cute and the customer service was great, but the food was severely under seasoned. The guacamole desperately needed lime, the charred salmon was so dry and unseasoned, and the tacos came with no herbs or onions or hot sauce? There was no hot sauce on the table and we weren't offered any. The nachos were just shredded cheese and no vegetables or other toppings besides like 6 jalapenos for $20. I don't recommend this restaurant if you're a person who prefers their food much more flavorful, and overall the prices were extremely high for the quality of food.
We come here every year for a friend's birthday. The food is delicious and the seasonal drinks are amazing and very generously sized. My only complaint is: I tried the beef fajitas and they were so good that I can't bring myself to try anything else on the menu! I only want the fajitas when I go there. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Absolutely amazing service as always from Brittany L and the others. The food is so filling and I love the art everywhere it is amazing and so cozy inside and beautiful out! Thank you for the best experience and we will make sure to visit again!
Las Palmeras is the heart and true meaning of original Mexican food. The family run business treats you like family. It feels like being back in California. This restaurant is definitely Red Deer's gem ?
Found the food to be a bit disappointing. Beans and poorly flavored rice made up most of the plate. The arachara was very good. The margarita was very good. Quite expensive for the presentation.
We had a queso pupusas. I wished that the queso would have been more chewier rather than watery. But overall, with the salsa and shredded cabbage salad, it was amazing! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wonderful food. I was looking for authentic Mexican food….and that’s what I got! Recommend this place. Everyone needs to come.
