I'm gonna be honest because I don't have the same tastes as most people. I was not really conquered by the authentic lasagna, the Bologna deserves, for me, a little more sugar to break acidity, after making these layers of bologna pasta then finishing the bechamel and rape makes all the pastry, for me I knew a bowl of layer paste and then paste ect.
