Wow, wow, wow! If you're looking for burgers that aren't greasy and overly fatty, then this is the place for you. My partner treated me to a meal here and it was hands down the best burgers I've ever had. They offer a variety of freshly made burgers with delicious sauces. It's a shame they close at 11 pm because they would be a hit with late-night party-goers. The food is fantastic, the service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere at this burger joint is exactly what you'd expect. I highly recommend it to any burger lover - you haven't experienced a true Aussie burger until you've tried lashings.

Mexicana was on the spicy side and you get the hit of spice more than the meat. But I was happy with it anyways. : Double decker was yum, pure meat lover choice. We added one meal so took a drink and serving of chips. Fresh and hot.<br/ <br/ Overall no complaints. If you are craving for a cost effective home made sort of burger, do try Lashings !!
HANDS DOWN, ONE OF THE BEST BURGER JOINTS EVER! It's natural for you to be so hungry after soaking up the sun by Brighton Beach and what better way to feed that hunger than with a burger. Lashings serve up such neat burgers that are jam packed with flavour! The staff could easily recommend the most popular burgers from their extensive menu (20+ options) I ordered the Danny burger which was an amazing chicken burger and the Lashings which is their most popular beef was also ordered. I will definitely be back for more!

I was promised the best burger of my life when we embarked on this long journey to Lashings. <br/ <br/ The shop is nothing flashy but the burger they served was ... Explosively good! It's all a fatty gooey in your face and I loved every bite. I want to go back to try all the other ones The chips were tasty too!<br/ <br/ The restaurant is near the waters so a nice place to hang for food awesomeness then a stroll to burn it all off! Then rinse repeat!
Lunch here on a Sunday arvo. Am dieting so asked for a naked burger. Had the double patty with tomato. Was so good! Little expensive $14.90 for it but it was delicious. Would have loved it if the pickled weren’t chopped up. My girlfriend ordered the double stack with a gluten free bun. She was really happy with it also. Will definitely go back.
The chips are so amazing texturally and cooked fresh. I ordered the Herbert: the chicken is tender, chilli flavour is well rounded and all ingredients listed are genuinely present and all match the damper bun perfectly. I added the chilli mayo which I'm now in love with and we got a lemon and herb sauce for the chips which is also very tasty
I think this is only the second time that I have ever been to Brighton-Le-Sands in Sydney for dinner. There is really nothing uniquely Brighton-Le-Sands that I cannot get elsewhere. We went to a burger joint called Lashings Gourmet Takeaway. I quite admire their bravery in using the word ‘lashings’ as the name of their restaurants.
