We live nearby near Axat but had never been to L’Atelier for Gallettes and Crepes before. We will definitely be back. Gallettes were enormous with amazing ingredients and taste. Salads were also very large, simple ingredients and loads of taste. Dessert was a simple crepe...with salted caramel. Perfect end to a luncheon. With a full bottle of artisan cider the bill was 36 euros for two. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We saw several couples turned away at lunch as it seems very popular, so best make reservations.
We took our friends here. It was their first visit to Esperaza and the creperie is the only place worth eating in. We were not disappointed or embarrassed as our friends enjoyed their food so much. They are both vegetarians and were delighted with the...choices available to them. We did not have the set menu but chose from the carte and then had dessert afterwards. This was all washed down with tasty wine from the Anne de Joyeuse vineyard. Thank you for another great meal and evening and for the excellent service.
Maybe I 'm biased as I live in town, but have been here frequently in past couple of years and have always found it a good, inexpensive meal. Very pleased to take friends when they visit and usually do. Specialises in galettes, but there are other...options. Very good for vegetarian options and you can ask for the salad not to have 'lardon '. Not only will they oblige, but will charge a Euro less!
here for lunch after the reviews. simply clean and friendly. we had both little salads, followed by crêpe. the salads, although only 4/5 euro were a good size, very fresh and with a lot of delicious dressing. thin light crêpes with local honey. everything. was so delicious. the bill with a bottle normandie cidre was 30 euro. I wish we could get closer to eat here again. highly recommended.

I chose the 18 euro three cursor meal, to begin with a small salad, breton galette for main and ice cream dessert. all freshly cooked and delicious, with a local red wine. the restaurant was immaculate clean and. clean and the service was excellent. a great place for an informal eating
My cousins and I had a really enjoyable evening at L'Atelier, the creperie in Esperaza. My crepe was savoury salmon and spinach and very tasty. I had the white house wine which was also very good. We sat outside as it was a lovely...evening. This was my second visit and I will definitely go there again when I am in Esperaza.
great place for a well cooked informal eating, especially if you want to taste a breton galette or raclette. also had a daily special of the moule fries. spot on service and restaurant super clean and well furnished. we chose the 18 euro three course...option that was good as the local limoux red wine
we ate here at 2 places, the crepes were delicious, surprisingly filling and excellent value. lunch costs us 16 € for 2 people. the tapas specialties were also delicious. the restaurant was busy with locals who meet us as a good measure. you can take away from here.
Nice variety in menu even though the specialize in crepes ( which I have not tried yet). The daily specials are affordable and delicious. Great desserts. Very pleasant staff. Clean bathroom!
