As a starter, I had the escargot, which clearly came out of the microwave: excrementally hot and with the sauce distributed over the container through the microwave heating. Main dish: an onglet...de boeuf, that was very good, tasty and served rarely as I had requested. Accompanied by French Pommes who were also good. The disaster comes with the dessert. Friendly atmosphere, competent advice, professional service. Excellent food with fresh, local ingredients. Traditional cuisine with a twist. Loved her sautéed shrimps and scallops on rice, but also her tête pressée and Salat de pot au feu. Had a wonderful tiramisu with...chestnut purée... Good wine list with some really good white wines from the region also try the Silvaner. You also have a lunch menu for 16€ 3 courses.
This restaurant is “une valeur sûre”, good food from the region in a cozy family atmosphere. Classic traditional recipes, excellent quality of products and therefore these dishes are a good choice. Wine and service super! Locals have loved this restaurant for a long time!
