Jacky had the great idea of making the sale to take away. The only one who does it with quality in the valley. Very brave in these times... Yesterday entry to the 3 mushrooms, delicious. I like this cuisine that may be refined or traditional. My last Berthoud was a delight. And I have in memory a pan foie gras with its hay mousse and its girolles. Nice service
